We are delighted to announce that we have officially reopened our main office (Harspfield Broadway) today.
We are adhering to the Government guidelines and operating social distancing and increased cleanliness measures in order to ensure the safety of our staff, our customers and the wider community. Although we are open, we are operating a weekly rota to ensure not all staff are working on the same day to keep to social distancing guidelines.
If you wish to visit the office you can now do so. However before you enter the premises please take note of the signs guiding you on our social distancing measures.
We now have a queuing system in place. If you see others in the office please do not enter until we indicate it is safe for you to do so. There is a sanitising station at the entrance for you to use and clear markings on the floor indicating where you should stand. Please refrain from walking up to our staff's desks.
Please note, our Ele House Branch still remains closed for the foreseeable future. When we are advised by the University that it is safe to reopen, we will make an announcement.
To respect the occupiers safety, physical viewings are only being carried out on vacant properties and prospective tenants will be asked to meet at the property. For all other properties, photographs and video walkthroughs of all properties are available. All property reservations are online, tenancy agreements electronically signed and all payments will need to be paid by card or online bank transfers. Unfortunately we will be unable to take cash payments for the foreseeable future.
If you have reserved a property already, or you wish to renew your current tenancy and have told us, and you have not heard from us yet, you will hear form us or Van Mildert referencing very soon.
